We built Sivok to make pattern design accessible for everyone, from hobbyist sewists to professional surface designers. This agreement outlines our shared understanding of how the app works, and how you can use it to bring your creative ideas to life.
Your Access to Sivok
We believe you don’t need to jump through hoops to make great patterns. You never need to create an account or log in to use any of Sivok’s core features. Open the app, grant camera access if you want to snap photos, and start creating right away — no personal information required from you.
What You Can Do With Sivok
We built this tool to empower your creativity, and you’re welcome to use Sivok for:
- Personal projects: phone wallpapers, custom fabric for sewing, home decor prints, sketchbook references, and craft projects
- Professional projects: surface design for apparel, packaging, ceramic goods, digital backgrounds, wallpaper design, and small-batch production
The only request we have is that you don’t redistribute or rebrand the Sivok app itself as your own product.
Your Creations Are Yours
Any photo you upload and any pattern you generate with Sivok belongs entirely to you. We don’t store your original photos or finished designs on any of our servers unless you explicitly opt in to optional cloud backup. We never claim ownership over the creative work you make with our tool.
Using Sivok Responsibly
Because Sivok puts you in full control of what content you use to generate patterns, we ask that you only work with textures and designs that you have permission to use. Avoid using content that is harmful, offensive, or created by someone else without their approval.
Updates & Improvements
We’re always refining Sivok based on creator feedback. You’ll get regular updates that add new features like higher resolution exports, new tile adjustment tools, and export options for different use cases. Updates are optional, and you can choose when to install them on your device.
Changes to This Agreement
If we make major changes to Sivok that require updates to this agreement, we’ll post the new version here and show a clear notification in the app the next time you open it. New terms will go into effect 30 days after they’re posted, so you’ll have plenty of time to review any changes.
