Introduction

Welcome to PatternTile, the mobile application developed by Sivok that allows you to turn any fabric texture, hand-drawn pattern, or visual artwork into infinitely repeating seamless designs. Our service requires no professional design skills: simply snap a photo with your device camera, adjust geometric controls in real time, and generate unlimited tileable patterns for personal or commercial use.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information and creative content when you use our application. By accessing or using PatternTile, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Voluntarily

• Account information (if you create an account): email address, display name, and any profile details you choose to add
• Support communications: content you send when you contact our support team for help, feedback, or bug reports
• Shared content: patterns you explicitly choose to publish to our public community gallery or share with third-party platforms

Automatically Collected Information

Core Functionality Data

• Camera access: we only request camera permission when you choose to capture a photo of a texture or pattern directly through the app. We never access your camera in the background or capture content without your explicit action.
• Uploaded content: photos you capture or upload from your device gallery, and generated seamless pattern files. By default, all of this content remains stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers unless you opt in to cloud backup or sharing features.

How We Use Your Data

We only use your information for the purposes outlined in this policy, and we will never repurpose your data without explicit notification and consent:

• To provide core service functionality: process your uploaded images to generate seamless patterns, save your work, and enable export of your finished designs
